The Program is intended to take about 2-3 hours to complete. Time is precious, so much of the content can be listened to as you are otherwise engaged in the rhythm of your virtual workspace. We recommend completing the Program in sequence, but access modules on-demand as needed. You will have up to 6 months to complete the program.
