If you have received multiple emails on the same subject, you may have registered for an event or webinar using a different/secondary email, or you have multiple IACCM accounts with different primary email addresses. Unfortunately, the IACCM system doesn’t recognize that both email addresses are yours (your email address is used as the ‘unique identifier’ for our members).
